At Imaginary Authors, we want your olfactory journey to be nothing short of legendary. If a particular chapter doesn't suit your story, we offer returns or exchanges on all full-sized bottles within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate the Narrative

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Manuscript

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original specialized packaging to ensure it remains protected during its journey back to our studio.

• 3.
  Send the Shipment

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  The Final Chapter

  Once our team inspects the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your new selection within 5 business days.
