Where do you ship your products?
We currently ship to customers worldwide. Domestic orders within the United States typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping times vary by destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. Due to the personal nature of fragrances, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been sprayed or opened. We recommend purchasing our Short Story Collection sample set before committing to a full bottle.
Are your fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all Imaginary Authors scents are vegan and never tested on animals. We pride ourselves on using high-quality ingredients that meet strict ethical standards.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change, please contact our support team within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has reached the fulfillment stage, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
